I ate corned beef and cabbage prior to weighing in. I didn't really have time to work out today. I will weigh in again tomorrow and hopefully will have lost some.
245.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Cstout: Corn beef and cabbage may be the best food on any diet to lose weight :-) You will see results tomorrow, even if you had a couple of beers.

Best foods-- Kale, Broccoli, Brussel Sprouts, Blueberries, Oysters (one of the most nutritious foods on the planet), Brazil Nuts, Sunflower Seeds, Carrots, Beets, Almonds, Tuna, Sardines, Tomatos…….Cabbage
