24k steps yesterday - 30min treadmill walk, 20min lunch walk, 1.4hrs of grass cutting. Hiking tonight after work, and crossfit thurs. night.
111.6 lb Lost so far: 27.8 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Kay, you are inspiring me to hike when i get back to normal. I even told hubs who has asked me to many times in the past that i was somewhat interested. Your pics are beautiful and not just because you are in them.
