1821 kcal Fat: 40.18g | Prot: 43.72g | Carb: 335.56g.   Breakfast: Light Soft Spread, Whole Wheat Bread, California Orange Juice (Chilled, Includes From Concentrate), Bananas. Lunch: Scallions or Spring Onions, Roasted Red Pepper With Parmesan Dressing, Mixed Salad Greens, grapes, Pizza Sauce, whole wheat pita, mushrooms, Imitation Mozzarella Cheese, spinach, Cherry Tomatoes. Dinner: Bistro Express Wholegrain Medley - Garden Vegetable. Snacks/Other: Diet Dr. Pepper (12 oz can), apple fuji, oats and peanut butter bar, Bite Size Crispy Minis Cheddar, fibre plus chocolate peanut butter granola bar, sugar snaps. more...
