So I can see the results of going out to lunch and eating tortilla chips. I'm confused because I'm told white flour is bad but apparently corn chips aren't good for me either. I need to find an alternative to tortilla chips and potato chips. I haven't told anyone in my family that I'm concentrating on a diet or that I have an appointment with a hypnotist on Thursday. It's probably a form of self preservation. I don't want to say it and be studied by everyone again or have everyone trying to "help". It just makes me feel like I'm not enough when that happens.

I can totally relate to you. Hardly anyone knew about me, but once the weight started to fall, and people noticed, it gives you the energy and determination to keep on. You just need to find what is best for you, as we are different. I also love tortilla chips, but have that as my weekend treat(occasionally!), but do agree on how some foods can be confusing! Good luck, you can do it! ;o)

If you have a Trader Joe's near you (it's a whole food store), they have healthy types of tortilla chips. You can get them with flax seed and omega 3's and thy are actually tasty. You might also find some online.
