gooooood morning...finally a day off hopefully...no gym at least..spent a good portion of time in the sun yesterday...trimming an then helpin neighbor get the grass cut...shewww...was a hot one...in the 100s....but grass is cut once again...all the hot weather an grass is still green...been really focused with my eating an tryin my best to get in the gym more thru the week...slowly the weight is coming off...with all the outside work yesterday an the sweating...i had more bread then normally and im sure thats part of my lack to lose more today...but i was hungryier...lol...an needed the carbs....well thats my story an im stickin with it...lol...printed out a dq coupon an going to buy my neighbor a cookie dough blizzard with it...yes i will have one to...but will just ration mine out...have been eating ice cream again...an have just been using a fork to get one or 2 bites at a time..an its been working for me...well need to make the bed an get this day started...guess i was tired last night...got 9 hours...still tryin to get my eyes open....have a great one...
291.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi Loosin, who needs the gym when your working in the yard..thats good exercise in its self..your doing very well to just eat a few bites of icecream...keep it up ..........Bren
