I'm losing weight. Or that last figure was just a fluke from cheap bathroom scales. I'm not sure which, but I can't believe I've lost 2kg in 2 days.
What should I do? I've tried increasing my protein intake, which was too low according to what I've read, but I have no idea what else in my diet I can change.
