ok what is going on. y am i only losing tiny amounts. getting depressed
210.6 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 60.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Consider spyking your diet. I read up on it and took the plunge. Plateau is no longer in my vocabulary!
