I've been in Melbourne for the last five days. Whilst there, I ate most of what was offered, as a guest in a friend's home, but still managed to keep the kilos off, although I had expected to gain them. I did a little more exercise, because of some sight-seeing, but hardly ever ate between meals. This is obviously my (past practices) downfall - the between-meals snacks.
251.3 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 79.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
