Dealing with an IBS attack; that is why I am a little overweight. I am bloated and constipated. Bananas turned out not to be a good fruit for me. The fructans are what aggravated it. Then Mom yelled at me Thursday and reactivated all the trauma from my past. I did nothing but cry for 2 days after she did that and I still am not in a good mental state yet, i.e. calm.

I am at a point where I am thinking about switching the payee and letting my case manager help me manage my funds. Then leaving my parents in the dust and letting the nieces and nephew come to my home. I will take them off my phone and block their numbers so they can no longer call me and I will filter their emails to spam. I want to be sure we have a clean debt ceiling increase first and I get paid, though.
136.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
