Got the green light from my primary doctor to start a fasting regimen! They recommended one day a week but I definitely wanna make sure my endocrinologist doesn't have any concerns first. But for now, here's an empty stomach weigh-in because ngl, I wanted to do that right after fasting but was too hungry to wait to break that fast. lol
