Haven't journaled in a minute but... I am still alive. And aboutta start my fast tbh. Will journal later regarding my blood test results because I have good news to share! ☺️

Still going strong! Gotta get blood work done today, but I'll be having some bone broth afterward. Salt is surprisingly important during a fast, you'd be surprised hiw quickly a little bit will help you perk up. lol

So... I can't lie, I slipped. I made a rookie mistake: Trying to do too much too quickly. So for now, I'm only going to be doing intermittent fasting and weighing in. I'll still log vitamins, drink water, and try to mind my portions, don't worry. Weight loss is like a hiking trip, not a sprint; I gotta worry more about my stress levels, after all. Here's to wellness, both physical and mental!

I would show y'all a pic of my breakfast burger, but I devoured it a little too quickly. Whoops. Ah well, that's 70g of protein and a whole lotta yum to satisfy me for a while. 😋
