I have not had a good night of sleep for the last week or so. Am quite tired, but still pushing myself to do my stretching, or tonight, a full body weight workout. I am still having constipation, not really understanding why. I also am scared to pray, but do not understand the reasons. I want to get into a daily practice with it, but am not sure what I am scared of just yet. Trying to explore why I cannot bring myself to do it.
135.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
