Sooo there’s no way this weight gain is food related. I was weirded out by the weight loss down to 144.4 so now am wondering if i was dehydrated due to the higher heat (even tho i was drinking 100 oz at least). This would probably also explain the cramps in my rib/stomach area over the weekend when walking but does it explain the racing heart and feeling so unwell? Going to have to look that up.
145.6 lb Lost so far: 81.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Could be you weren't keeping your electrolytes in check with the heat and the increase in water 🤔

The weight gain could be the body just rehydrating. I've been there!

"Some medicines can affect your body's ability to stay hydrated and respond properly to heat. These include some medicines used to treat high blood pressure and heart problems (beta blockers, diuretics), reduce allergy symptoms (antihistamines)..." Have you taken your temperature? An infection raises heart rate and need for oxygen, and can put you through as much exercise as climbing a mountain. You could have a silent ear infection, or the beginnings of flu or cold?

I agree that it could be the heat. I often get rib and stomach cramps when I get dehydrated. ( it's easy to do in Vegas ) Be diligent about figuring this out, it could be so many things. 💜

My goodness all my ladies🥰. Thank you all for your thoughts! Livinbreezy-excellent idea probably some truth to that as well as the weight gain. Jb-I’m going to ask my doc next week about the one med i am on. Other than that it’s just hrt therapy. Cheesy, i dont drink caffeine tho i do have one cup of decaf but always after my walk. It’s my little reward. Bubbles-nope didn’t take it but i feel fine today. Also much cooler today and i drank a protein shake prior to my walk and 32 oz of h20 while working out with trainer. Rpl thank you i think i agree with miss Diana that its the heat. I think i got dehydrated, didn’t feel like eating or protein shake because of the heat and voila made myself unwell. I feel wonderful today. Will monitor tomorrow and see we are supposed to be in the upper 80’s again. Gosh, thank you wonderful friends for the ideas. Sincerely🥰😍😘

I hope you don’t mind me asking, but are you getting enough iron? I know it sounds kind of random, but something to consider. 💜

Starprism i dont mind at all. Just had massive labs done on may 1 and I’m perfect with iron. Thank you so much for reaching out. You never know when someone has any idea that is the solution😀
