Hi there everyone
Been gone a long time.
Today I want to start again and get my weight down to 52, in 151 days
which means losing an average of 100g a day.
I also want to get back into my fully vegan diet following nutritionfacts.org. and going fully raw. - the books "how not to die" and "how not to diet"
I will also be doing an exercise routine which i hope will build muscle, flexibility and stamina.
