Been a while again. Meant to enter my weight a few weeks ago but kept forgetting. Doing cardio 3 to 4 times per week at the Y. Trying to not eat any heavy snacks after 7 PM. Retiring in 12 working days.
275.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
