I will take 2 ounces down! Better than up:-)
194.2 lb Lost so far: 105.8 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

837 kcal Fat: 65.59g | Prot: 48.46g | Carb: 15.85g.   Breakfast: water, Williams pork sausage, coffee, diet rite, great value heavy cream one tab., louana coconut oil one tab.. Lunch: Stevia in the Raw, Lemon Juice one tab., water. Dinner: four ounce baked chicken, 1 serving PictSweet Brussels Sprouts 3.5 ounces, Green Olives, Black Olives, Coconut oil. more...
losing 2.8 lb a week
