Well I find myself working hard, one more time, to get the burn back!
I have been working at this since March, 2011. I will not give up!
Never!
Ever!

Doing a clean Induction is hard work.
Don't let anyone tell you this ant hard.
It's so hard. I don't have the right word in my head to describe how hard this is!

Ya'll know how hard this is.

I had gained 10 pounds. Today I have gotten over 4 back off, I think. It's also hard to keep everything straight in my head after being at this for over 2 years now.

I stay on my baby forum most days.
I was putting all my food in here, but ...well...yes I stopped, again.

It's kind of boring. The reason being it's the same over and over again.

Meat
Eggs
Cheese
Coconut oil
Olive oil
Green olives a couple times a week, no more than 8 at a time

The words below are from a post of mine this morning.
It's really good and healthy and I wanted to share it with yall. :)

LOW CARB CHOCOLATE HEMP CAKE:

1/2 Liter whole eggs
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 tea. water
2 tea. hwc--omit if on Induction
2 tea. vanilla flavor
1/2 cup almond flour
3/4 to 1 cup hemp hearts
1/2 cup, plus one tea. cocoa powder
Stevia sweet drops to taste
Salt

I cooked this in a brownie pan.
350% for 25-30 minutes.

This turned out wonderful. It is a great healthier alternative way of eating a treat. For me I need my chocolate. This can be any flavor you want it to be. I got the idea from the Cake In A Mug.

If you use more Hemp, add more water.

I want to talk about the Hemp.
I found it at Costco's this month.
And boy what a find! Smiley

Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts.

Taste great, are easy to use, and so good for you!

These soft-textured seeds taste a bit like a sunflower or pine nut. Sprinkle over salad, cereal or yogurt. Add to recipes, or simply eat straight from the bag.

Per serving, Hemp Hearts contain 10g of easy to digest protein and 10g of Omegas.

Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts are made in a hemp-dedicated facility by dehulling non-GMO seeds. Once shelled, Hemp Hearts are immediately packaged to seal in the freshness.

Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts are all-natural and contain NO additives, fillers or preservatives.

Are you eating clean? Only cooking with minimal ingredients? Or looking for a way to add EFAs, protein & omega-3 & omega-6 into your diet? Then try a bag today, you won’t be disappointed!

I copied and pasted that information from a web site. Here is the link.

Hemp Nutrition

Proper nutrition is an essential part of our daily routine. Eating right helps to fuel our physical activities, our mental capabilities and empower us to live a stronger, healthier and more productive life. That’s where hemp fits in! Hemp is the fuel that keeps your motor running, your body living and your health in-check….One sprinkle at a time!

Check out our articles and studies for more information on hemp and the nutritional benefits of such an amazing plant.
Copied that info also.........

Its truly wonderful stuff!
And the biggest plus is it is very low carb!

The total Carbohydrate count is: 3g per serving. And a serving is 3 tablespoons! Plus it has 3 grams of fiber, which Dr. Atkins always subbed from the total count. And if we do that it is zero carb! Cheesy

I haven't did the math on the total carb count for the way I made it per serving. Don't even know if me could do it Wink

When Brent was here last night I showed it to him.
David had his oatmeal cookies.
And me wanted to show Brent my treat!

He tried it and was so surprised by the taste!
He turned and looked at my CO jar and ask if I had tried putting some on top for the frosting.
I grabbed 2 spoons and we dove in.
And yall I showed more loss this morning than I have all week!

I don't have a clue as to how much I ate. I know this. It's all gone and me gets to make a fresh batch.
It has to be kept in the fridge and I will (FROST) as I eat each piece!

And it can be made in any flavor you want it to be. If you don't want or like chocolate pick what you do like and go for it. I will be getting 2 jars of CO next payday!!!!

Oh the Hemp is also loaded in Protein! This really is a great find.
It has magnesium, and we know how important that is low carbing!
Bowel health!

I have tried to find the writing on the back of the bag about how this tiny nut came to be one womans road to better health and weight loss. But so far no luck. I wish I could type fast I would post her every word here!

But she weighed over 300 pounds.
She/ He was unhealthy and unhappy. I think a man wrote the info on the back of the bag.
Sounds like we know the person, doesn't it!

The low / carb healthier alternative Hemp cake is wonderful!
It does replace the garbage I was eating like a bar for replacement meal or such. That kind of stuff is loaded with chemicals!

Chemicals that my body does not need!

I'm going to make my fresh batch. Be back later.

I have been asked how I make my fat bombs.
I gladly am gona try to tell the way I did it. I am not the one that came up with these fat bombs but they for sure helped me.

Fat Bombs:

Softened cream cheese
Coconut oil, melted
Sweetener of ones choice - I use Stevia, when I have it. The pure sweet drops.
One melted block of backing chocolate
A little unsalted butter. Salted butter is bad in this.

I'm so sorry about not measuring anything. I used about 8 ozs cream cheese and twice that of the CO.
I get things at Costco now and buy thing in bulk. They have the very best deal on coconut oil I have found! A hug tub for $ 15.99!!! The stores are nation wide so the prices should be about the same every where.
I was trying to get the Nutivia brand. Boy was I ever wrong. The brand at Costco is Carrington Farms and it is very very good!!!!It is a huge 54 fl oz jar!

It says: Pure, Unrefined, Cold Pressed, 100% Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil.

I have finally got back to the business of losing weight and I own it all to my wonderful CO!
:):):):):):):):)

It may be possible to type { fat bombs } in your browser and find different ways to make it.
I will add more of the baking chocolate next time I make a batch and a little more of the CO.

If you think about it, this is really ice cream without the sugar and sweet milk.
I'm going to make it like Popsicles next time. And that next time is going to be today. I am a true chocoholic.

TIP: I had to throw out a whole batch once because I used salted butter. Trust me it ruins your fat bombs. Oh and you can make this stuff be any flavor you personally love! If coconut is a taste you love you can add the flavor in a bottle to it. For me the hint of CO and the chocolate is wonderful!!!!!
