I have been slacking real bad lately. Lil Sis & I have been so busy with things that we have not been able to go walking or biking together. Boo & I did go for a 1.18 mile walk on Friday and hopefully on Monday we will get to do it again.

15th of July: Become a Non-Smoker 20th of July: Be Walking 60 minutes a day 30th of July: Have All of the Exercise Equipment brought into the house to use.. 1st of August: Be Walking 90 minutes a day & Working Out for 90 minutes a day
I know that I can reach 3 out of the 4 goals without any problem since that is what I was doing up until 2 months ago.. My only concern is stop smoking after 20 yrs without starting back up again like I have done in the past. I so badly want to loose the weight & get into shape so that I am able to be around longer for my daughters. But I also want to show my daughters that excersizing for 30 ~ 60 minutes a day is a good thing and ot a chore. Well, off to see what tmrw will bring!!
