Hey 140s ahhhh finally did it!!!
147.8 lb Lost so far: 42.2 lb.    Still to go: 27.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

860 kcal Fat: 23.08g | Prot: 43.70g | Carb: 113.41g.   Breakfast: Coffee-Mate Sugar Free Hazelnut Liquid Coffee Creamer, Coffee. Lunch: Southern Home Shredded Mild Cheddar Natural Cheese, Costco Rotisserie Chicken, Old El Paso Green Chile Enchilada Sauce, Daisy Sour Cream, Green Chili Peppers (Canned) , Mission Foods White Corn Tortilla. Dinner: Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup, Great Value Cream of Chicken Soup, 2% Fat Milk, Garlic , Wal-Mart Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Kroger Frozen Mixed Vegetables . Snacks/Other: Tootsie Roll Tootsie Pop, Kraft Fat Free Zesty Italian Dressing, Celery , Cubbison's Everything Seasoned Parmesan Crisps, Trader Joe's Mango!
