I'm in shock! I've been tracking and exercising, but decided to add in some intuitive eating. I'll admit, I was nervous and not sure what was going to happen. I've learned that my body has a "meh" moment when eating, that means I'm done with that food. If I listen to it I'm not stuffed and still have energy for my day.
