I actually saw 231.5 yesterday morning, but then ate terribly all day (home with a sore back, lots of lying around), so not surprised I'm at 232.5 today.
One of my problems is that when I'm home I like to read, and when I read I like to eat. I need to find a low-calorie snack that I can munch on while reading - I've tried chewing gum, but that doesn't cut it.
Still didn't get to the gym, since my back has been hurting since Saturday, but hoping to try tomorrow morning. Will also try walking tonight.
Will get this, I know I will, but it is tough! I hoped to be about 15 pounds down by now, and I'm only around 7.
