I've fallen so far off the wagon that I'm lying in a ditch and the other wagons are rolling over me.

I didn't even want to come back to this site, because I feel like I've really failed here. I think the problem was the weekend away - I let that snowball into bad choices all week long - and the weight just went up and up.

But last night when I was lying in bed in a food comatose, I realized that I really needed to get back to this site, get back to tracking every calorie, and get the weight back down.

So now for a week I'll be on low calories. I didn't go to the gym this morning because my stomach is still upset, but starting tomorrow I'm also going to the gym every morning - school ended yesterday, so no more excuses for skipping the gym to run the boys around.
236.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 96.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1st, I had to laugh at the wagon comment. 2nd, It's fantastic you haven't given up and you'll get back on track! In no time you'll be posting new lows, especially if you start doing the gym every morning!
