I started this journey 10 months ago. And I was hoping that by February I would be under 200. Today is the day I accomplished that goal and 2 months ahead of schedule. Yes I cried tears of joy!
199.4 lb Lost so far: 80.6 lb.    Still to go: 44.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks everyone! Getting under 200 was just one of my major goals. Now on to the next major goal: losing 100 lbs. by Feb. 2015! I always have goals. Mini goals to help me keep focused and heading in the right direction. And of course the major goals, getting under 200, losing 100 lbs., and getting down to my goal weight. Never give up and never surrender!
