A little over a month ago I had to get rid of all my 2X and 3X shirts. And my husband gave me a bunch of his old XL shirts. Well they don't fit any more. I had to get some L shirts! Luckily I found a whole lot of them on sale for just a few bucks. I figured that when I got under 200 I would have to get some new stuff to wear. And, my workout pants no longer fit either. So I had to get some new ones too. I went from a size 24 to a size 20. I could probably fit into an 18, but I really prefer to wear lose fitting clothing, especially when working out.

Doing good, I can't track all my activities that detailed! Definitely a good idea to get smaller clothes. I lost a bunch of weight back in the day and I never bought new clothes, 6 months later clothes that were falling off me were snug again! I'm budgeting a little extra for clothes each month now.

try going to consigment shop to get a few things to hold you over. It is a cheaper option until you hit your goal weight.

Thanks everyone! I have said it before and I'll say it again, all the support I get from everyone helps keep me going! So glad I found this site! I didn't want to buy new stuff yet, but I found all my shirts for under 5 dollars a each. I always shop the clearance racks to try to keep the price under control. Keep up the good fight y'all, we will get there!

I just donated all my size 20-28 clothes to a mission. Wardrobe is a bit scanty but it'll hold for a while. My 18 jeans are feeling a little loose but not near falling down so I'm good. Isn't it wonderful? I wish my husband had gotten around to taking that picture of me holding last year's 28s while wearing the 18s. So amazing.
