Bounced up. I need to watch my snacking. It's bad when your snack column has double the calories of your other meals. I can't buy any more sweet potato chips or Planter's Digestive Nut Mix. A serving is just 12 chips or 1/4 cup of nut mix. It's too hard to stop, so I best not have it in the house. I'll save it for our vacation trip next month.

Had the strangest dream about someone I used to work with. It scares me when I dream about someone out of the blue like that. Last time I did, that person died the night of my dream. This time the person in my dream was hobbling on a cane and didn't want to talk to me, but when he did, he started to cry. Totally out of character. Then he fell out of a window trying to grab at a piece of paper that blew out, and we were at the top of the tallest building in the city. I had to grab his hand to keep him from plummeting. It was terrifying.

10:30pm Wow, I ate waaaaay too much all day. I need to think about why I did this. I really felt hungry a lot today. Must try to get back in control tomorrow.
