Just changed my diet from atkins to weight watchers I have been a lifetime member for 3yrs. now but I have let it get out of control so i need to get back to basics again, I love weight watchers it has always worked for me I really just need to stay with it!!!
140.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Remember when you go from low carb to regular eating, you can put on a little weight till your body adjusts. Add your carbs back in slowly. Plus, you have very little to lose, so it will take time to come off. Good luck!

Good luck lewlew, I lost 60 lbs on weight watchers and since then I've gain 10. I'm not doing too well but I'm going to turn that around!! We can do eet!! haha
