No weight loss this week. *EXCUSE ALERT* I blame it on the snow. I was doing really well walking regularly then it got super cold and snowed. I need to figure out a good way to get my exercise without being outside. My 8 month old makes that nearly impossible though! Oh well, this too shall pass and I'll figure something out. I hope everyone has a great week.
248.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Have you tried the fitnessblender site? Tons of free workouts, many of which need no equpment and can be modified to your fitness level.

I loved to lie on my back, put my knees to my chest and put my baby on my legs, holding her little hands and then have her go up and down as I lifted my feet. She would giggle and giggle. And then we would put on great music and dance around the room til we were dizzy... She's 28 now. Make your exercise fun and remember, babies are good weights. Ha!

My baby does love cuddling so I bet he'd love to workout with me. Or probably laugh at me lol! I'll also check out that website. Thanks for the suggestions!

If you have a mall, they usually open early for walkers and you can push the baby in her stroller. That's what I'm going to do, sans baby.

Jillian Michaels has a new dvd called: Beginner Shred. It's 20 minutes long and a great way to get some exercise. The Walk Away The Pounds dvds are good too. Make a plan and pop one in why the baby is sleeping. Aim for 3 or 4 times a week.
