Jan.8 2018...Time for a new bio. I've been here many years and in those early years I've achieved wonderful things. Mainly, getting down to my 'ideal' weight of 155 from 188 (?) about 8 years ago. I seemed to have done it pretty easily in one year. Since then I've slowly creeped back up to 195 this Christmas 2017. I've been between 180 and 195 give or take for a couple of years now and it seemed to have crossed a line this fall when my belly felt like it was in my way. I think I finally desire being thin again more than the fattening foods. This year I will do something I've never done. I plan to cut out most meat and replace it with vegetables. I've been doing it now for a week and feel better already. Happy New Year everyone. This one feels good.

I wonder if you could check into my not being able to record my weigh-ins on my challenges. I'm getting an error message with every weigh-in. They will go to my weight history chart but not to my challenges.
