Weight up, but not surprising after 2 solid weeks with this cold. At least my lungs don't hurt this morning (Day 15 since I caught it) but still a little sniffly. Definitely over the worst of it. Fingers crossed my husband won't catch it 🤞 So far, so good, but we're not out of the woods yet

I'm not going to worry over-much about it until after the 1st of the year. Have Christmas with family planned, so my top priority is staying healthy and keeping my husband healthy so we don't have to cancel. Will try to hold the line here, though.

130.1 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hope you feel much better soon! xxx I've had it for a week now and it's not fun. And my husband also ended up getting sick, but he's thankfully recovered much faster.

This is not that abnormal for me, Conscious Eater, believe it or not. When I catch a cold, I'm usually in for it. I've had worse -- this one might be hanging on, but at no point did it flatten me. I've been so sick I didn't have enough energy to watch television before

Does your job allow you to work from home? Two weeks with a chest cold sounds like misery. I'm eating 2 oranges for breakfast as prevention (there's an orange tree next to my unit, which I happily help myself to 😁🍊. So much fiber!).

I hope things work out. Surely the cold is getting ready to move on. Sent a prayer for all.

Thanks, Morticia 😊 JB -- I teleworked most of the first week and masked up when I came back to the office. I have my own office, with walls and a door and fairly isolated (only 1 other person in my are), so I mostly hid. The brain trust 🙄 in management decided they want an all-agency, in-person, mandatory meeting on the 19th, right before everyone gets on planes and visits elderly relatives. My boss thinks it'll be cancelled, but if not, I am NOT going in that room. Unless I'm directly told I'll be fired if I don't go, I am under no circumstances going to be there. As for a 2-week chest cold...it's truly par for the course for me. I've been sicker 😉

Thanks, moko! I did a day of complete rest yesterday and am better this morning, so I'm gonna do it again. Exercising and trying to accomplish anything useful can wait
