I don't trust this weigh-in because I'm bloated from being sick. On the other hand, I overate at the beginning of the week, and I haven't gone on my treadmill in over a week, because of this bad tummy. Overall, I'm going to ignore this weigh-in.
164.3 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 6.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
