🤦‍♂️. Beginning to realize I am having issues with cold weather. (Convenient excuse anyway😉). I went through this exact issue last year. I got down to a low weight and then eating craziness went off the charts.
So will reintroduce intermittent fasting as that has a stabilizing effect on my appetite. The risk area for me is at home though.
Need to focus more on music and less in food😁

Definitely need more music. Any recommendations for new listen? I need to investigate a new to me Jazz group I heard on SeriusXM, Acoustic Alchemy. Loved the song I heard but dang if I could remember the name. So always open for introduction to new music. 👍🏻

YF, I wish. Our moving efforts have me all clutterfied. So much so that I’ve had to put away my Bass and rowing machine. 😢😆. Definitely need to fix that for the holidays.

Moving? I thought moving was a few years down the road. My bad. Anyway I am browsing Acoustic Alchemy, somehow their sound reminds me of my college days. “The Alchemist” is pretty nice, it’s got some baroque feel to it. I tried to figure out which song you’re looking for, but I wasn’t successful.

We are moving next May. So we are trying to declutter before. Unfortunately we are failing as all we’re doing is making piles and not getting rid of anything.😢 Looks like a storage unit is in our future.

TJ, do not succumb, 👍🏻To listen to specialized music I use this website: www.last.fm. Here I choose the type of music I want to hear. In addition, it is not necessary to register. 🎺

DONT BUY the things that trigger you. If it isn’t there you won’t eat it unless you brave the cold to go get it. And don’t say that you buy it for your family— they might not need those types of foods either.

You know what, buy the healthy snack treats like avocados, nice ham, strawberries, cheeses, nuts, humus, all the things you can have as a quickie when you have a craving but will satisfy you fast, but give you good nutrients and saiety rather than off the charts calories! I even do half a roast chicken and leave it on a plate in the fridge so I can pick if I get an energy drop, it saves me going out to get chocolate or sweets.

Dancing can be done indoors, and there are lots of free videos you can search up on Amazon Prime (or any free channel like RedBox or YouTube) that just need a little living room space: Tai Chi, yoga, Pilates, aerobics, etc.
