What can I say? Seems to be working this low cal program.
153.6 lb Lost so far: 29.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yup - after all the years, calories in and calories out works as longs as I keep moving avoid too many starchy carbs
