Oy! I'm packing it on as fast as Miss Tika. Today is day 1 of logging. No excuses about needing more to 'keep warm'. I'm by the woodstove again.

The vet said Tika will believe she's smarter than us for quite a while. Oy!
187.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Lol! Therapy! JJ, I believe I'm at that stage. Kind of pulled out the stops while hunting season was on. I'm ready to focus again... I think.

Yep... I've heard the reality of 'who's smarter' kicks in around 30... so that .. will be the rest of your life with Tika. Learn from her, LOL.

Hunting season always means a lot of of jerky and nuts for me. As well as a lot of unintentional fasting, maybe I'll lose a bit while I'm out there this year.
