Slowly but surely I'm getting more exercise. Finding new ways to do it, that does not cause a lot of pain. Eating more vegs., and a small amount of fruit. I eat all I want, I think it averages between 1200-1400 cals. a day. I got the results of my blood work back & all my results were normal. I cut my cholesterol back to normal after having way high reading for the past year. Did it in little over 30 days of being on Paleo diet.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

855 kcal Fat: 37.69g | Prot: 63.54g | Carb: 64.96g.   Breakfast: Boiled Egg. Lunch: Private Selection Sliced Strawberries, 4 Grain Hard Boiled Eggs, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Dinner: Panda Express Orange Sauce, Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh), Cooked Broccoli (from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Beef Steak. more...

Slow but sure is a great way to go. Congrats on the cholesterol... that's a huge win for you!

You should log everything you eat, all the ingredients. That way you will KNOW if you're between 1200 and 1400. Watch the sodium too.

I do not add any salt on anything. If there is salt in what I eat, it doesn't come from me. I eat very little processed food.
