Debbie Cousins's Journal, 28 October 2022

Weight tip-toeing into the 220's again. I wish it would stop bobbing around and just go on down enough that it doesn't still drift into the 230's. Trying to be patient, but it's getting harder. I was at 229.4 SIX days ago! Today was 229.8 after being in the 230 range for several days. Only lost 1 pound last week, and looks like it will only be about a pound this week.

Haven't done my walking yet today and it's already 10:15. I'm still planning on getting it in, though.

General Tso's Chicken with rice for lunch today. Going to put a half serving (14g) of cashews on it and pretend it's Chinese Cashew Chicken.

Big Fall Bash at a church tomorrow. There will be five food trucks there! I've already made two country ham biscuits (250 calories) to take for me, but I will let the grandkids splurge with the highly overpriced food. This will be more like going to a County Fair, judging by the list of things they're featuring. I'll report back after we go.
229.8 lb Lost so far: 29.2 lb.    Still to go: 79.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Only a pound a week is 52 pounds a year, nothing to sneeze at my friend. Look at the great eating habits you're developing along the way. Keep up the good work.

Yikes, stuff like that makes me gain weight just looking at the menu. Stay strong, you got this. Remember the weight challenge you won. Think about that

I hear you Debbie, I get so frustrated from the bouncing scale. My doctor said it is nor4mal, that we retain water, and that makes our weight go up.
