I feel better than I didn 20 lbs ago. I am excited to see how I will feel in another 20 lbs. My diet has consisted of reducing the carbs as much as possible and getting rid of sugar almost completely. I have been having wonderful success with this. i know I still hav e a long way to go but I also know with the help of my loved ones I will be successful. I am still excited. 245 is where I got stuck last time I tried to lose unwanted weight. Now it is just the beginning. I have lost 2.5 inches off my waist. I have also lost 2 inches off my neck which makes it easier to sleep and not snore so much. that has been a great blessing. I am looking forward to losing another two inches from my waist in the process.
