I lost one ounce today. Not much I know, but it is way better than a gain. I shall keep truckin along! I was scared that I would start gaining when the scales went up two pounds a couple days ago. I no longer use heavy cream and Stevia in my coffee. I was shocked at how many carbs I was adding using the two in my coffee. I still drink diet rite, that will be a real challenge trying to remove that from my daily consumption. I love it so much!
