And another 2x pounds gone. 2 more to go, with plenty of time to get it. An extra 5 pounds would be nice to accommodate the weight of my clothes….
Just to be clear: I don’t record tenths of pounds, only look at the pounds. I only record a weight when I see it on the scale two (2) consecutive times, and when I gain 1 or 2 back from something I ate, or retained a little water, I also don’t record it. It makes me work a little harder to continue a downward trend.
19 days till my doctors appointment, and I will then figure out how much more I want to lose. At most another 40 pounds. The BMI chart will still show I am over weight however: I am 6’,3” with a large frame. BMI chart does not work for me. I would like to find out what my actual body fat it.
I can’t wait…only 19 days I will adjust my eating some to incorporate some of the foods I love and have removed from my diet ( like eggs to high in fats and too hard to adjust in the macros)
I am happy with the weight loss, In less than a year, will have lost more that 113 pounds of my body mass. This journey is going to cost me a small mint to replace my clothing and have my rings sized. My shoes have even got lose ..
