Yesterday was a great day, I got to run outside early in the morning, the big thing I am noticing is there is a big difference between running on the treadmill and running outside. This will be my third day in a row. My goal is to do 5 miles in 1 hour 15 minutes. Lets see if I can swing it~

I will also have to pick my weights soon, I dont want to loose too much muscle mass. I am just so exhausted after running outside, I may have to add the weights in the evening.

My total calories for the day are suppose to be 1484

Yesterdays workout: Walk/Run - 4.2 miles in 1 hour

Measurements - Big change this morning...dont know what thats about
Body Fat% - 24.4
Muscle Mass% - 41.4
Body Water% - 57.4
Bone Mass - 4.8 lbs [????]
136.8 lb Lost so far: 15.7 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Excellent job all around. As you approach your goal try to make your exercise sustainable. Otherwise, if you stop or dramatically decrease the amount, you may find it difficult keeping your weight down. Keep up the great work LaShuan.

Yes, I found a great maintenence plan I am going to try out once I reach my goal weight...its fairly simple and allows me to eat 100 more calories than I am eating now...so once I reach my goal weight for at least 2 consecutive weeks I am going to try out my maintence plan and see if it works. Thanks
