Yesterday was a pretty good day, instead of geting on the treadmill, I walked 5 miles in my community. It was a change that gave me a little more motivation to do it again. It took me about 1.5 hours, so today I am off to try to see if I can beat my record. I also stayed within my calorie requirements.

Today is suppose to be my high calorie day - 1900 calories.

Yesterday's workout - Walked 5.17 miles in 1.5 hours - no weights

Measurements
Body Fat% - 26.7
Muscle Mass% - 40.8
Body Water% - 55.7
Bone Mass - 4.2 lbs.
137.6 lb Lost so far: 14.9 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
