Guess I hit a plateau. I would be kidding myself if I said I wasn't upset. I am choosing to react in love. I am still down from the start and feel much better. Not to mention all the $ I am saving cooking at home and not drinking wine.

Oh on exciting front I ordered coffee from Old Roasters in Bisbee AZ. I am a cream and sugar girl from way back and this doesn't require anything. Yes for 1st time in my life drinking black coffee. Not bitter and slightly sweet. yea me
240.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 90.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Staying the same weight for a few days or even a week is perfectly normal. Our bodies have to adjust to weight loss. It could be from so many things. If you took in a some extra sodium yesterday, didn't drink enough water, sore muscles from exercise, lack of sleep, hormones, stress etc. I could go on and on. Many things affect our bodies water weight composition and it can mask our losses at any time. If you stay the same weight for a few weeks or more, than you know you are on a plateau and there are things you can do to get the scale moving again. But I wouldn't stress over a few days. I bet you wake up with a nice loss in a couple of days. So important to keep weight loss in perpspective. As long as your chart has a mostly downward spiral, you are doing great. Weight loss isn't linear (sonstantly going down). It may look more like a rollercoaster for many people. You are doing fine. Stick with it and keep going.

Thank you. I am sticking to it. My body fat % went down so like you said it must be water. I started taking an OTC for sleep I wonder it that is it. All I know if regardless of the weight loss or not I feel better and my nails are growing like weeds lol
