Great news for me this morning. My A1C is much lower, my liver enzymes are normal for the first time in many years. My doctor gave me an A for today. I do know I'm far from finished yet. I still need to lose another 35 pounds, continue to up my exercise level and continue to bring my A1C down. But, I m very satisfied with my Dr's visit today. Hurray! This means no new meds!
