Awesome!!....Reached my goal of 180...now I will see if it will remain steady for a few weeks or I may set a new goal for 175. I will maintain my diet and exercise. If I can maintain 180 or lower for at least two more weeks then I may take part in a few indulgences that I have avoided since May 09 but only in moderation.
180.4 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great to see that its possible to get from the 190s to the low 180s/170s...this is the part of my journey I am entering now. I do not think I'll get it done as fast as you did, but its nice to see a chart traversing this ground. Keep it up and maybe I will meet you at 175.
