Only up .2 but it put me out of the 130's. I reminded myself it's no biggie. I ate under 1600 goal yesterday & I know I burned additional calories. Maybe muscle weight??
I finished today just under 1600 calories again. I worked outside some today...cleaned the Adirondack chairs & pillows and swept the patio area. I also pulled some weeds.
Had a rest day exercise wise. Tomorrow, I'll probably do some Yoga/ toning.
