I was looking at my previous posts and saw that I weighed less this time last year compared to now, I'm annoyed that I erased my last year of progress.

Nothing new to report, I've gone a full week eating more than 2000 calories each day, I keep telling myself that tomorrow it'll be better but my tomorrow isn't coming I guess.

I also think I might have executive dysfunction so I'm reading about that and seeing how I can help myself achieve my long term goals, I struggle with all my goals really.

I'm tired of feeling tired, sad, frustrated and I'm just aiming for one day right now where I don't overeat.
170.9 lb Lost so far: 18.7 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

don't b so hard on yourself, u have already lost nearly 20lbs! ur doing great!, we all have a blip sometimes, I have today too keep trying and as Elle said plan ahead, make good use of ur food diary good luck xx

Hi Addison5712 thank you, I go back and forth on being hard on myself, sometimes I agree with you and try not to be so tough on myself but other times I feel I need to be tough on myself because I have to get results. I'll try not to be tough on myself but it's hard to do sometimes hahaha

Hello Altamash, don't worry about your weight been more mine is too. I was 114lbs May last year. I cannot get lower this year I am at swings and roundabout weight is now 120lbs and I am battling for less but finding it very hard. Been over 60 is difficult to lose the weight and the older one gets it's harder. Try this look back at what you were eating around that time and if you did more exercise. Good luck. Merry 🤩

Hi merry Mel thank you I remember I walked more last year which I could go back to but my diet wasnt healthy hahaha I was eating junk food but just less of it back then 😅

Hi Anne_145 yes I'm doing that right now, today I've overeaten but it's also been the day this month that I've eaten the least. I'm working towards it not as fast as I'd like but still progress, I'm thinking tomorrow I'll aim for 2000 calories directly and not overshoot it. Thank you :)
