So I don't know how I am showing a loss today. Maybe it is because I have been chasing around a toddler all day everyday. I don't want to keep just getting by with eating junk and showing small losses. I want to be healthier. These past few weeks I haven't been taking the time to really go grocery shopping and plan my meals. Well yesterday I went shopping and planned healthy dinners for the week. I have also just joined the y and I will have an orientation to the fitness center tomorrow. I want to feel healthy, so I need to start eating healthier and exercising. The wedding is in 34 days (!) and I want to look my best. Even though the scale has shown losses my body still looks terrible from being all stretched out with the baby. I need to work on toning and putting healthy food into my body if I want to feel better about how I look. It won't just bounce back on its own. I know that on Saturday we are having friends over for sangria and tapas. I know I will be indulging myself a bit so I will be saving my extra points for saturday. I will also be making most of the food, so I will have control over that. It will help to indulge while still having a little control.
