Still down under 240...but after the workout...hope to walk 9 this PM if it doesn't rain...looks good so far...happy!!!shot a 46 for the 1st round of the year...I'll take It
235.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
