I did it! I did it!! I did it!!! The goal was to get to 165 before vacation but I was worried it wouldn’t be possible. Now, I’ve blown past that number WOOHOO 🎉 I made a commitment to myself and kept it, that’s the best part. Now it’s time to enjoy La Dolce Vita for a few weeks. See ya in July, ciao!

164.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb. Still to go: 9.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
