LaShuan's Journal, 24 July 2009

Yesterday was a good day, although I didn't get to complete my workout because I had meetings scheduled. I am so excited because I finally broke the 140 mark and I am down to loosing my last 10 pounds. I expect this to be the most difficult. So here I am the last leg of this training. Hooray! Congratulations on getting into the 130's! That's my next milestone, but I seem to be stuck in the 140's. That's okay. I'll be patient and join you sometime soon! I think your training will do you proud in your healthy life! Way to go!

Thanks ladies for all your encouragement...It does feel so good to get into the 130's...I felt the same way when I broke through the 140's...Since I am building muscle I expect this last 10 pounds to rough, I expect lots of stalling and fluctuation from day to day...I am mentally prepared, which is why I am really going to focus on my appearance and my body fat %. While my goal is 130, I really am more concerned with getting my body fat to around 20%. Thanks again and good luck to both of you! Yeah~~~~

I agree on that one, who ever sticks to a challenge where people are talkative and supportive it is so much easier to get going... the same happened to me and I got some great help from a few people from here... some real moral boost! I am know having my own challenge and giving that same type of help to the others who need it, we can create a positive circle of a virtual help and it works!
