A touch disappointed, I think it has to do with returning to a regular run, spin, row routine. Muscle, perhaps? The number of hours spent doing active things needs to stay closer to ten/week.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 0.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Muscles retain water (muscle edema) when you start new exercise or change your existing program. It is temporary and will go away. It can show on the scale as a temporary gain, no loss or smaller loss than usual.
